À propos de Sadler 32

English

David Sadler developed the design for the Sadler 32 as an evolution of his highly regarded earlier design for the Contessa 32. While the CO32 is a classical design with a low profile and elegant sweeping lines it does have some shortfalls. The Sadler 32 design was the evolution to address these short comings providing better light wind and downwind sailing performance while improving accommodation below decks. In many ways the Sadler 32 was ahead of her time marked a step change in the design of production cruising yachts. Over a ten year production run approximately 300 hulls were moulded. Although never enjoying the notoriety of the Contessa 32 the Sadler 32 has a legion of fans who appreciate the easily handled sail plan, competitive performance and practical below decks accommodation.

With her current owners for over 20 years the Sadler 32 EAGER BEAVER has become a much loved member of the family. Reluctantly offered for sale her comprehensive inventory includes highlights such as:

Yanmar 2GM20 marine diesel engine, 19hp

Raymarine ST2000+ tiller pilot
