Former inland cargo ship that has been completely rebuilt into a Sailing Live Aboard Dutch Barge / Houseboat on which you can stay comfortably all year round. The current owner has a rental mooring on the Thames in the London area on a great location where it is allowed to live on board. Equipped with a forecastle furnished as a cabin, the “hold” has a cosy and spacious salon with U-shape open galley, stairs to wheelhouse which has 2 side doors and stairs to the aft cabin which has a bath/shower, 2-persons berth and a toilet room. A Sailing Houseboat / Duch Barge at this location and in this condition is not often available and therefore this is a highly recommended barge if someone is looking for a ship to live on and/or sail around in the London area. She is also ideally suited to go to the mainland of Europe and sail around there. She is very easy to maneuver and to cruise with due to the hydraulic bow thruster.

Le navire est également idéal pour se rendre en Europe continentale et y naviguer. Il est très facile à manœuvrer et à naviguer grâce au propulseur d'étrave hydraulique.

Voorzien van een vooronder ingericht als hut, het “ruim” is scheeps ingericht met een gezellige ruime salon met U-vorm open keuken, trap naar stuurhut die 2 zijdeuren heeft, trap naar achterroef met aldaar een bad/douche, 2-persoons bed en een toiletruimte. Een Varend Woonschip op deze locatie en in deze conditie komt niet vaak beschikbaar, derhalve is dit een zeer aan te raden schip indien iemand een schip zoekt om eventueel in de omgeving van Londen op te gaan wonen en/of om daar rond te varen. Tevens is het schip uitstekend geschikt om naar het vasteland van Europa te gaan en daar rond te varen. Het is een zeer gemakkelijk te bevaren schip met de hydraulische boegschroef.
