Former inland cargo ship that has been completely rebuilt into a Sailing Live Aboard Dutch Barge / Houseboat on which you can stay comfortably all year round. The current owner has a rental mooring on the Thames in the London area on a great location where it is allowed to live on board. Equipped with a forecastle furnished as a cabin, the “hold” has a cosy and spacious salon with U-shape open galley, stairs to wheelhouse which has 2 side doors and stairs to the aft cabin which has a bath/shower, 2-persons berth and a toilet room. A Sailing Houseboat / Duch Barge at this location and in this condition is not often available and therefore this is a highly recommended barge if someone is looking for a ship to live on and/or sail around in the London area. She is also ideally suited to go to the mainland of Europe and sail around there. She is very easy to maneuver and to cruise with due to the hydraulic bow thruster.

Ehemaliges Binnenfrachtschiff, das komplett zu einem Fahrendes Wohnschiff / Hausboot umgebaut wurde, auf dem Sie über das ganze Jahr bequem übernachten können. Der jetzige Eigentümer verfügt über einen Mietliegeplatz an einem tollen Standort an der Themse in die Nähe von London, an dem Sie an Bord wohnen können. Ausgestattet mit einem Vorschiff, das als Kabine eingerichtet ist, der „Laderaum“ verfügt über einen gemütlichen und geräumigen Salon mit U-förmiger offener Kombüse, Treppen zum Steuerhaus mit zwei Seitentüren und Treppen zur Achterkabine, die mit eine Badewanne/Dusche, eine Koje für 2-Personen und Toilettenraum ausgestattet ist. Ein Fahrendes Wohnschiff / Hausboot ist an diesem Standort und in diesem Zustand nicht oft verfügbar und daher ist dies ein sehr empfehlenswertes Schiff, wenn jemand auf der Suche nach einem Schiff ist, auf dem er wohnen und/oder in der Gegend von London herumsegeln kann. Sie eignet sich auch hervorragend, um zum europäischen Festland zu fahren und dort herumzusegeln. Mit dem hydraulischen Bugstrahlruder ist sie sehr einfach zu manövrieren und zu fahren/kreuzen.

Ancien cargo intérieur entièrement reconstruit en péniche où vous pourrez séjourner confortablement toute l'année. Le propriétaire actuel dispose d'un poste de location sur la Tamise, dans la région de Londres, dans un emplacement idéal où vous pouvez vivre à bord. Equipée d'un gaillard d'avant aménagé en cabine, la « cale » dispose d'un salon cosy et spacieux avec cuisine ouverte en U, escalier menant à la timonerie qui a 2 portes latérales, escalier menant à la cabine arrière avec baignoire/douche, couchette 2 personnes et les toilettes. Une péniche à voile à cet endroit et dans cet état n'est pas souvent disponible et c'est donc un navire fortement recommandé si quelqu'un recherche un navire pour vivre et/ou naviguer dans la région de Londres. Le navire est également idéal pour se rendre en Europe continentale et y naviguer. Il est très facile à manœuvrer et à naviguer grâce au propulseur d'étrave hydraulique.

Voormalig binnenvaart vrachtschip dat volledig is heringericht tot een Varend Woonschip waarop men het gehele jaar door comfortabel kan vertoeven. De huidige eigenaar heeft een huurligplaats op de Theems in de omgeving van Londen op een geweldige locatie waar aan boord gewoond mag worden. Voorzien van een vooronder ingericht als hut, het “ruim” is scheeps ingericht met een gezellige ruime salon met U-vorm open keuken, trap naar stuurhut die 2 zijdeuren heeft, trap naar achterroef met aldaar een bad/douche, 2-persoons bed en een toiletruimte. Een Varend Woonschip op deze locatie en in deze conditie komt niet vaak beschikbaar, derhalve is dit een zeer aan te raden schip indien iemand een schip zoekt om eventueel in de omgeving van Londen op te gaan wonen en/of om daar rond te varen. Tevens is het schip uitstekend geschikt om naar het vasteland van Europa te gaan en daar rond te varen. Het is een zeer gemakkelijk te bevaren schip met de hydraulische boegschroef.
