This riveted Luxe Motor from 1925 is a beautiful sight on the water. She received a new John Deere engine in 2005 and can therefore sail the Dutch waters for years to come, delighting people with her classic lines and keeping alive the memory of the turn-of-the-century times. The aft deck is spacious and also the renovated wheelhouse is spacious and pleasant to observe the world around you during the day while having a drink, there is always something to see on the water. Also while sailing you have perfect views all around from here.
The space in front of the boat is certainly sufficient for two people to stay or live on for a longer period of time. The bedroom and bathroom are spacious and offer plenty of light. The intimacy is simple but very effective and in keeping with the atmosphere of inland navigation. The current owners have been all over Europe in the past 30 years with their Luxe motor, several times to Berlin and Paris. The Moselle, the Meuse and the Rhine offer no surprises for this classic heavy-built luxury motor yacht.
The last anti fouling was in spring '2023. The deck, boeing and wheelhouse were painted as recently as winter '23/24.

Auch während des Segelns haben Sie von hier aus eine perfekte Aussicht auf die Umgebung.

Il a reçu un nouveau moteur John Deere en 2005 et peut donc naviguer sur les eaux néerlandaises pour de nombreuses années à venir, enchantant les gens avec ses lignes classiques et gardant vivant le souvenir de l'époque beurtvaart. Deze geklonken Luxe Motor uit 1925 is een mooie verschijning op het water. Ze heeft in 2005 een nieuwe John Deere motor gekregen en kan dus nog jaren over de Nederlandse wateren varen en mensen verblijden met haar klassieke lijnen en de herinnering aan de beurtvaart tijden in leven houden. Het achterdek is ruim en ook de vernieuwde stuurhut is ruim en aangenaam om overdag 's avonds bij een drankje de wereld om u heen te observeren, er is altijd iets te zien op het water. Ook tijdens het varen heeft u van hieruit rondom perfect uitzicht.
Vooronder is de ruimte zeker voldoende om met twee mensen langer op te verblijven dan wel te wonen. De slaapkamer en badkamer zijn ruim en bieden veel licht. De betimmering is eenvoudig maar zeer doeltreffend en passend bij de sfeer van de binnenvaart. De huidige eigenaren zijn in de afgelopen 30 jaar overal in Europa geweest met hun Luxe motor, meerdere malen naar Berlijn en Parijs. De Moezel, de Maas en de Rijn bieden geen enkele verrassing voor dit klassieke zwaargebouwde luxe motorjacht.
De laatste keer anti fouling was in het voorjaar 2023. Het dek, de boeing en de stuurhut zijn in winter '23/24 nog geschilderd.
