• 25mm x 35mm red cedar planking over male mould, epoxy bonded



• Diagonal 2 x 3mm khaya veneer overlay at 45 degrees, epoxy bonded



• 2 layers of 350gsm glass/epoxy sheathing, faired with epoxy fillers and coated with Awlgrip paint



• Inner hull below the waterline coated with 2 layers of 350gsm glass/epoxy



• 3,060 kg stainless steel ballast box with lead, secured with 16 bolts (M16)
