Julie Anne is a beautifully appointed and styled Sealine F43 with spacious accommodation for 6 persons over two cabins and saloon. Large "Owner's" stateroom aft with ensuite facilities, spacious double berth cabin at the bow and double berth conversion in saloon. This is the two cabin version which gives the extended galley making this an ideal long range cruiser or liveaboard.

Propulsion units are the desirable Volvo TAMD63P twin diesels of 370hp each. These are well maintained and come with full service history. Fitted with the generator option she is ideal for exploring remote parts of our beautiful coastline.
Mechanical
Vessel is powered by very well maintained Volvo TAMD63P diesel engines. These 370hp, 6-cylinder units are immaculate and housed in an engine bay that is of a similar condition. The engines have completed 1175 hours and will happily cruise at 20 knots. At this speed she will burn 65 litres per hour. Maximum speed with a clean bottom is between 28-30 knots.
Reduction gearboxes driving stainless steel shafts with 4-bladed bronze propellers. Each shaft is fitted with a Stripper triple blade rope cutter which operate using a scissor action. These will make short work of any rope and avoid expensive lift outs.
Twin lever morse controls fitted with "Extra Flex" throttle cables. These make throttle use very smooth and extremely responsive. Cables installed 2020. The engines are mid mounted for stability which with the conventional shaft drive gives easy and predictable slow speed handling. The engine bay can be accessed via a small garage hatch in the saloon. The engine space is illuminated and the engine seacocks and fuel/water separators are easily accessible from here. For more thorough and extensive maintenance, the saloon floor is divided into removable panels. The engine side of each panel has been fitted with brand new fire retardant and sound proofing whilst the original timber hatch bearers have been replaced by lighter and stronger aluminium bar. Recently serviced in April 2023 when, as well as the oils and obligatory filters were changed, the oils were changed in both gearboxes, all air filters and breathers were renewed along with the engine block anodes. Both heat exchangers have been removed, descaled and fitted with new gaskets. Coolants renewed.
Both engine seacocks including through hull fittings have been renewed. Further maintenance carried out involved disconnecting the shafts, removing the couplings and removing the shafts. The glands were then cleaned, rebedded and all gland packing and flexible shaft seals replaced.
12/240V inboard systems with all batteries replaced since 2021. These include the generator battery, both engine start batteries, both thruster batteries and the domestic supply. The batteries are kept in tip top condition via the Victron Quatro 5000, onboard battery charger/inverter and additional Vetus backup charger. All electrical systems fully serviced and tested 2021. There is a Victron digital battery monitor giving a visual display of current voltage.
Vessel is fitted with a Paguro Faryman 400, 4Kva diesel generator. This will run all the essential services when moored at anchor or on an unserviced pontoon berth in remote areas. The generator has been serviced in September 2022.

Accommodation:
The interior of this motor yacht is in lovely condition. She is bright and welcoming thanks to the color scheme and materials used. Her saloon fabrics are cream alcantara which is in an as new condition. The current custodians have used covers which have preserved the alcantaras beauty. Interior woodwork is a combination of solid teak trim and walnut burr veneer with a hi-gloss finish. The hard wearing carpets are in a neutral cream which will compliment most colour schemes.
Aft Stateroom
Full sized island double berth with with dark blue leather covered headboard and above bed ceiling section. Dressing table to starboard with double cupboard below and triple mirror. To Port there is an en-suite heads compartment with brand new Jabsco fresh water flush toilet. Moulded sink unit with corian top and stainless steel wash hand basin with mixer tap. Shaver point.
Opposite, on the Starboard side there is a separate shower room with interior curtain, shower seat and fixed shower unit with mixer tap.
Plentiful storage options with additional cupboard and drawers to the rear. Double wardrobe with hanging space. Flat screen TV. Indirect lighting.
Forward cabin
Offset double berth with padded side and rear panels fort comfort and support. Vanity unit with mirror and storage below.
Additional hull mounted storage units on all bulkheads. Hanging locker to starboard. Opening roof hatch for light and ventilation. This is fitted with a privacy/blockout blind.
Ensuite heads compartment with brand new Jabsco electric fresh water flush toilet. Moulded sink unit with smart blue corian top. Stainless steel sink with mixer tap. Storage unit below. Separate shower unit. Shower sump pump out. Shower sump tray and water pumps replaced in 2020
Saloon
Large U-Shaped seating area to starboard with plush alcantara covered upholstery. Burr walnut laminated, height adjustable table with extendable leaf. Opposite is an additional 2-seater settee that will pull out into an additional double berth. Above here is the 42" flat screen TV with built in Freeview and surround sound. Adjacent there is a handy storage cupboard and next to this a second fridge. This is an Isotherm model and was installed in 2020.
Forward of the starboard side seating area is the raised lower helm with leather padded double helm seat. Toughened angled glass windscreens with windscreen wipers. Wiper motors replaced 2019. Walnut dash with full instrumentation and navigation aids. Sliding side window for ventilation.
Galley
The galley is the full width of the boat midships. Other models have either an additional seating/dinette or an additional cabin with twin beds. This model has the additional storage and preparation areas which is ideal if you want to remain fully provisioned for longer periods afloat. On the port side is a 2 burner gas hob with a gas fuelled seperate oven and grill above the worktops. Below the worktop is a front loading 12V refrigerator with separate ice compartment. Twin stainless steel sinks with hot and cold mixer taps.
On the starboard side is a 12V Microwave oven and a dishwasher. Massive storage cupboards below the worktops.
Additional Benefits
All cabins, galley area and saloon are fitted with heating vents. There is an Eberspacher D4 - New 2022 & a recently serviced D5 units installed which maximise the heating efficiency and extend the season. All lights are energy saving LED and a combination of white, mood enhancing blue or night vision enhancing red. There is indirect lighting throughout the saloon which will come on by motion activation.
All windows and hatchways are fitted with heavy fabric curtains with blackout and tie backs. There are two onboard HOTPOT 22 Litre,hot water calorifiers. These are brand new and fitted with an HOTPOT 5 Litre accumulator and new 2 Litre expansion tanks in May 2022. The water pump and all associated pipework replaced at the same time.
In addition to this every single seacock and through hull fitting were renewed using DRZ ball valves and bronze skin fittings as follows:
- Forward heads - 1x1-1/4"
- Engine sea cocks - 2x2"
- Generator inlet - 1x1-1/2"
- Aft Heads outlet - 1x1-1/2"
- Aft Shower Drain - 1x1-1/4"
This will provide peace of mind and maintenance free boating for many years to come.
Construction:
The Sealine F43 represents the definitive aft cabin, performance flybridge motor yacht for her size. The F43 is without a doubt one of the most popular that Sealine ever built. Everywhere on board is a clearly defined area that allows your family and guests a companionable and comfortable experience. There is a deep safe aft cockpit with all round seating and clever storage options. The full cockpit enclosure is removable and stores in bespoke lockers in the roof sections. The cockpit table and legs have a similar storage solution. Access to the upper helm is safe and secure thanks to the teak laid moulded steps. Once on the flybridge you will be delighted by the aft sunbathing area, the L-shaped seating/lounger and the central double helm seat. The visibility from the commanding helm position is superb and allows the helmsman excellent control.
White GRP hull side decks and superstructure. The hull topsides and superstructure were polished in July 2022 and the underwater area antifouled. There is teak on the bathing platform, access steps to cockpit, aft cockpit, flybridge access steps and the flybridge sole. In built stainless steel boarding ladder. Cockpit hot and cold shower.
Moving forward is very easy and safe. Thigh-height stainless steel side and bow rails with additional handily placed stainless steel grab rails aid access forward. In the bow is a large capacity anchor locker with S/L Anchorman 1000 electric windlass. The chain is calibrated and marked at set intervals. Two full sized sunpads with press stud attachments for topping up your tan.
Full flybridge tonneau cover for either Winter use or when laid up. There are also individual covers for the helm seat, side & rear seating, instrument panel and sunbed.
All rubber window and door seals throughout the yacht were replaced in 2019
