No further work is required. Ready to sail immediately and in excellent condition. A comprehensive renovation was carried out by professionals over the last 4 to 5 years. Viewings are possible anytime by prior arrangement in Italy, near Lignano. Special equipment: Air conditioning, solar panel, electric anchor winch, bimini, TV with DVD and DVB-T antenna. Refit included: Hull completely refinished in epoxy, complete new Raymarine electronics and radio with Wi-Fi, deck and cockpit renewed with Sika and Italteak, 220V electrical system with circuit breaker, new standing shrouds and chain plates, running shrouds and blocks, new stove, new water heater, new pressurized water pump and cooling compressor, all windows and hatches replaced, hull wrapped above the waterline, all interior and navigation lights converted to LED, sails recently cleaned and treated. Maintenance of engine, batteries, underwater hull, water system and winches has been carried out regularly – and continues to be. No deferred maintenance! Safety equipment: Emergency signals and life raft from 2023. Mooring fees paid and transferable until April 2026. Crane pass valid until December 2025 – the boat can be lifted out of the water and hosed down free of charge at any time until then.
