The Nauticat 40 is a Motorsailer built in Finland and designed by Sparkman & Stephens thinking about offering maximum navigation comfort both under sail and under motor. In fact, she is one of the most comfortable boats in her category. Its volume and interior height also stand out, making it perfect for truly living on board.

The quality of construction and materials used is very high. The double hull and double deck provide great insulation from the outside temperature, which also prevents condensation.

This unit also has a powerful 130 HP 6-cylinder engine (most only have 90 HP 4-cylinder engine). The power of this engine and a ketch rig with furling main and headsails make it easy and safe to sail in any weather conditions.

The current owner, in addition to the usual maintenance, did several important jobs in 2020, such as:

- INTERNATIONAL anti osmosis treatment.

- INTERNATIONAL hull paint.

- Thorough inspection and tune-up of the engine.

El Nauticat 40 es un Motovelero construido en Finlandia y diseñado por Sparkman & Stephens pensando en ofrecer el máximo confort de navegación tanto a vela como a motor. De hecho, es uno de los barcos más cómodos en navegación de su categoría. Destacan también su volumen y su altura interior, que lo hacen perfecto para hacer verdadera vida a bordo.

La calidad de construcción y de los materiales empleados es muy alta. Su doble casco y doble cubierta le proporcionan un gran aislamiento de la temperatura exterior y evitan la condensación.

Esta unidad monta además un potente motor de 6 cilindros y 130 CV (la mayoría montan solamente 90 CV). La potencia de este motor y un aparejo de queche con velas mayores y de proa enrollables hacen que sea fácil y seguro navegar con cualquier condición climática.

Su propietario actual, además del mantenimiento habitual, le hizo varios trabajos importantes en 2020 como son:

- Tratamiento anti osmosis INTERNATIONAL.

- Pintura del casco INTERNATIONAL.

- Revisión a fondo y puesta a punto del motor.
