2017 ROBERTSON AND CAINE LEOPARD 40 3 Cabin - Cheap Thrills VII

BUILDERS REMARKS: The Leopard 40, a product of South African boat builders Robertson & Caine, features a unique, modern design thanks to experienced naval architects Simonis and Voogd as well as Robertson & Caine's design team. She resembles her predecessors in speed, agility, and blue-water performance, but her enhancements include an increased hull volume and an innovative interior layout, which is unlike any Leopard before her. Her galley is located forward and the forward-facing settee and window and an access door to the forward platform of the boat. This allows for a panoramic view with large sliding glass doors between the saloon and the aft cockpit. This arrangement promotes easy communication for guests and an open flow between the saloon and the aft cockpit, creating a fusion of indoor and outdoor living space.

BROKERS REMARKS: CHEAP THRILLS VII is a owners version or three cabin Leopard 40. As This yacht has spent her entire life in one location, namely the BVI.  The yacht is currently undergoing a fantastic refit at the West End Boat Yard, hence we do not have photos yet. This yacht has the light ash interior and is fully air conditioned. The owner is VERY motivated to sell.

AVAILABILITY: This yacht finishes phase out in May in BVI and will be ready to sail away.

NOTE: This vessel sustained some damage from Hurricane IRMA, and has been repaired following the builders guidelines.  The pictures of the vessel are of sister-ship while we await actual photos.  Please contact your Broker for more detailed information on the repairs.
