"A Swedish family owns the 2016 Nautitech Open, and the boat is currently in Lavrion, near Athens, Greece.
Nautitech is equipped for holiday-making and short-stay cruising and has been professionally maintained with six comprehensive winter services, including haul-outs. In November 2023, she underwent a comprehensive winter service as part of the handover procedure, should you choose to become the new owner. Some upgrades worth mentioning are: new sails, lazy bags, ropes/control lines, new batteries, and minor equipment upgrades and replacements due to wear and tear.
Nautitech has a complete maintenance log and reports no damages to her hull, rudders, nor bulkhead, nor deck and has cleared her annual survey reports every year."
