Beautiful Classic William Garden designed Cutter rigged Ketch

Extensively refitted by her previous shipwright owner over 18 years, in late 2022 she changed ownership since when she has remained meticulously well maintained.

Recent additions and upgrades during her extensive refit - & since- , include installation of a new Beta 50hp diesel - still with low hours - new batteries (Lithium house) and solar panels, refrigeration, stove, electronics, upholstery, curtains and canvas.

There is comfortable accomodation for five in the forward master cabin, a convertible saloon and the aft quarter berth. The U shaped galley contains a fridge, freezer, propane stove and sink and would put some much larger boats to shame.

The wooden spars, teak decks and varnish are all in good condition with the teak decking in cockpit area replaced with new in 2024.

The bowsprit was also rebuilt & replaced in 2024 and, following a recent rigging check, the standing and running rigging found to be in good condition. The boat is sold with a full sail wardrobe. The in keeping ‘Classic ’ tender included in the sale, is a traditional gig style dinghy with oars and rig .. to row or sail!

Lying in Antigua, Magellan recently competed in the 2025 Antigua Classic Yacht Regatta and is ready to sail away, well sorted for long range cruising and living aboard.

Recent upgrades include the installation of new:

1) Beta 50 hp engine (240 hours)

2) Force 10 3 burner oven

3) Stainless steel shaft & shaft coupling

4)Raymarine Autopilot

5)Standard Horizon VHF

6)Reconditioned 4 blade feathering prop.
