This Halmatic sailing yacht "KAYA" is a fantastic little project boat to get someone out on the water this season. Kaya has been very well loved throughout her life and there is ample paperwork and invoices to prove this. Following recent years KAYA does require some loving again in places but the fundamentals of this boat are in good condition.
