The Elan Power 30 offers a huge amount of space in a package that comes in under 10m. These family weekenders have a superb interior layout with two full sized cabins and a really sociable cockpit layout to make this a sports cruiser well worth considering beyond the usual Sealine’s and Fairline’s in this category. Fitted with twin Volvo Penta D3-200 diesel engines, there is a lot to like here and this 2014 example is presented in truly excellent condition.

Accommodation
The accommodation offers up to six berths in two sleeping cabins plus the cockpit, with good headroom throughout. Entering from the companionway into the saloon you find a dinette with single sofa to port and folding table. Beyond that is the master cabin with king sized double bed. Storage lockers and hanging space as well as storage beneath the berths. Opening hatch and port lights. The master suite has ensuite access to the single heads compartment. There is also access to the heads from the saloon. Inside is an electric Dometic heads, hot/cold shower and handbasin. Storage lockers. Opening port.
The galley is in the starboard quarter and is cleverly split into two separate sections to allow access to the midships cabin. It is equipped with a 2-burner gas hob, microwave, large 12/240v refrigerator, sink with drainer and microwave/grill. Good storage in various lockers and drawers. Opening portlight. The aft cabin is accessed through the galley on the starboard side and has a second king size double bed, hanging locker, lights and two opening port lights. There is pressurised hot and cold freshwater system heated via a calorifier with shore power immersion coil. Webasto diesel heating. Light grey upholstery with blinds and carpets. CD/radio stereo system with bluetooth, USB and auxiliary. Out in the cockpit, the helm position is centrally mounted with twin bench seat and a large U-shaped seating area aft with a folding cockpit table. Sliding sunroof above the helm allows the skipper to stand high with head above the windscreen for excellent visibility all around. Full cockpit canopy with zipped door. Wet bar to port with 12/240v Waeco refrigerator and sink. High quality leatherette cockpit upholstery. Teak cockpit sole with large hydraulic access to the engine compartment. Walk-thru transom to teak laid bathing platform with hot and cold shower and concealed swim ladder. Easy access to the side deck via steps from the bathing platform. 12v and 240v sockets on either side of cockpit.
Mechanical Systems
Located beneath cockpit sole are the twin Volvo Penta D3-200 (200hp) turbocharged 5-cylinder diesel engines to outdrives with stainless-steel DuoProp 3 bladed propellors. Freshwater cooled via heat exchangers. Dual lever Volvo Penta electronic throttle controls with electric start. Power hydraulic wheel steering. Two plastic 250l fuel tanks. Full engine instrumentation. Hydraulic trim tabs. Bowthruster. Regularly serviced (last serviced Oct 2025). Outdrives serviced July 2022 when bellows and gambles were replaced. Max Speed 33 knots, cruising speed 22 knots. 423 engine hours.

Elan Power 30 built by Elan Boats in 2014 to a design by Tony Castro. White GRP planing hull, superstructure and decks with moulded non-slip surfaces. Integrated GRP bathing platform with walk-thru transom. Teak laid cockpit sole and bathing platform. Last surveyed in October 2020.
