Er is een ruime achterwoning die als eigenaarsverblijf kan fungeren of door gasten als een lounge ruimte te benutten is. De verkoper heeft het schip in 2022 voorzien van nieuwe zeilen en heeft in mei 2023 het vaartuig volledig hercertificeerd waardoor het CBB geldig is tot 06-2028. Dit schip is met haar indrukwekkende zeilplan een parel op het water waarnaar heel veel mensen zullen omkijken. In onze ogen een uitstekend passagiersschip waarop iemand eventueel aan boord kan wonen en mee kan charteren.
