The Glacier Bay 3470 is a versatile power cat designed for extended cruising, offshore fishing, and diving expeditions. Carpe Ahora is well-equipped to handle various climates, thanks to its hardtop, windshield, soft enclosure, and A/C in the cockpit.
The pilothouse features an L-shaped lounge with a teak table that comfortably seats 4-6 people, along with a deluxe swivel helm seat. Below deck, the boat maximizes space with two staterooms. The master stateroom to port features a queen berth with ample storage underneath, while the starboard stateroom flows from a navigation area to an almost-queen-sized berth. The large head and shower are on the port side, while the starboard side features a complete galley, including a double-wide refrigerator. Both hulls offer plenty of storage.

Hull Design
- The hull is made of composite materials designed for light weight, structural strength, and durability
- Layers of fine mat are hand laid into the mold over the gelcoat layer to avoid "print through" of the structural layup
- The bow areas are reportedly reinforced with 6-10 layers of Kevlar with E-glass woven roving used in the hull lay-up
- The vessel has a foam-filled double bottom with foam-filled hull sides above the waterline which should allow the boat to continue to flow despite a severe impact with a foreign object.
