This 2021 houseboat was the inspiration for what has evolved into the very popular Freedom 40 by East Coast Houseboats.
She features a one-bedroom, one-bath floor plan, a galley kitchen featuring plywood cabinetry, shaker style doors, quartz countertops with undermount sink.
The galley is fully equipped and features stainless steel appliances including a propane stove, 33" full size refrigerator, and a convection microwave.
All fresh water supplied from onshore connection
She features a Renai propane fired on-demand water heater.
The head features a shower stall completed in Wilsonart Wet wall, with glass shower doors, a Raritan Elegance marine toilet with smart flush, connected to 50 gal. black water tank.
Interior includes waterproof luxury vinyl plank flooring, painted ship lap on all the walls, with a Meranti paneled ceiling. All installed over high R-values of closed cell spray foam.
The boat is wired for a 30-amp 110-volt service with smart plug shore power connection.
All products used on the exterior of the boat are of a composite nature, all chosen for their long-life cycles and minimal maintenance in a marine environment. The composite siding is by Everlast and the windows are by VWD, with insulated glass. All facia and trim material is PVC.
Bow, stern, and roof decking is by Duradek, with a 25-year life expectancy completed in a driftwood color and the roof deck railings are aluminum in black covering with stainless steel cable rail.
This boat comes fully furnished, including an inflatable hot tub on the roof!
