MANUFACTURER HISTORY:

BELLIURE was founded on 1953 by Vicente Belliure in Calpe, (Alicante), Spain. The business was founded around the construction, repair and maintenance of wooden commercial fishing vessels. In 1974 a division of the company was formed to specialise in the construction of motor and sailing yachts for the leisure market. With the new division came a change of construction methods with the company adopting the then new practises of Polyester reinforced with Vidrio Fiber (PRFV).

More than 170 boats in PRFV were built, including models of 30, 35, 40, 41 and 50 feet of length. All designed by Peter Ibold in collaboration with D. Vicente Belliure. BELLIURE have kept pace with modern advances in boatbuilding updating their facilities with the most modern equipment and machinery. They employ sophisticated techniques to manufacture boats with polyester and epoxy resins, Kevlar and Carbon cloths combined with vacuum and infusion consolidation processes.
