The AZIMUT MAGELLANO 66 is the fifth model in Azimut’s Magellano range of the semi-displacement yachts. This 66-foot motor-yacht features a unique “dual-mode hull” with double chines and a wave-cutting vertical bow. She also has a substantial forward volume for smoother and more efficient operation.
The vessel has two 800 Hp Volvo diesel engines, which allow her to cruise at 9 knots when travelling under full displacement and between 16 and 18 knots when planing. Her top speed is of 22 knots. At her cruising speed, the AZIMUT MAGELLANO 66 has a range of 900 nautical miles.
This range is simply much more than any other boat this size on the market. Another noteworthy aspect of the AZIMUT MAGELLANO 66 is her interior which gives you the impression of volumes on a much larger yacht. The comfortable motoyacht affords plenty of room to relax and socialize.
The main deck is equipped with a large sliding door at the bow. The saloon has a door between the pilot station and galley. The style of the main saloon is modern yet refined with wood panelling and cream-colored furnishings. It includes a bar plus a TV cabinet and dining table and a L-shaped sofa.
A long banks of windows provides sweeping views. The lower deck houses a full-beam master suite, and two VIP cabins plus a fourth cabin that can be also a pantry.
