Windstar 54 Ketch | Cognac
This one-of-a-kind Windstar 54 sailing ketch, designed by the renowned John Pugh, is now available to the discerning ocean adventurer in one of the world’s most popular cruising grounds.
Built from solid GRP, Cognac easily outsails her steel sisterships, and finished off with a Jarrah interior, she is a delight in wood with a cozy interior. Well-equipped for ocean passages with eight sleeping berths, she has a very flexible accommodation set up to cater for every configuration.
A well-designed snug just outside the Master suite holds the navigation desk with two very large freezers going forward into a voluminous saloon that boasts new leather upholstery. Under a beautifully varnished and insulated floor hides the steady Volvo 6 cylinder, and she can potter along all day with a well-insulated engine compartment if the wind is disagreeable.
Recently fitted 1200Amphrs of Lithium batteries look after your power needs, along with an Onan genset with a suite of Simrad navigation equipment guiding one to distant shores.
A long galley on port, with metres of counter space and a large top-opening fridge, means meal making is a breeze.
On the sailing side, Cognac is a ketch rig with everything furling - Main, Mizzen and the two heads sails all furl from the comfort of a shaded and waterproof cockpit.
Once on anchor, there is a large aft deck area with seating for eight, and a foldup table can be fitted for evening dining under the stars.
Ready for her next adventure, Cognac lies in Phuket only 15 minutes from the international airport. Visit The Yacht Sales Co website for full inventory and further information, and contact the team to arrange an inspection.
