This 1998 Sunstar Houseboat is waiting for your family and friends!
It is nicely appointed with a sofa for relaxing in front of the large screen television. All of the stereo equipment shown in the photos is included.
The living area is cooled with a ceiling fan. It also has a massage chair that is included.
In the kitchen, there is a breakfast bar, a four-burner stove/oven, a microwave, and a refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker. There is also a dishwasher. Another ice maker is located just inside the hallway. You have a dining table with four chairs and a large pantry.
Going aft down the hall, there is a queen bed on the right, and past it, you step down to find another queen bed with a television, and next to it is another queen bed. A full bath is opposite the bedrooms on the starboard side.
The master bedroom is aft on the port side. It has a television, and the second full bath is across the hall on the starboard side. Past that is a large closet with an over/under washer and dryer.
The engine compartments are on the aft deck, where you also have two PWC lifts. Both have electric motors.
Up the spiral staircase, you get to the covered aft part of the boat. There is a water slide and patio furniture. It does have a second helm station up top with a marine radio. There are two 100 Watt solar panels mounted, but they need to be wired in.
