This Newbridge Spinner 28 is ideal for someone to take on as a project. It has been stored ashore for the last 10 years but has suffered from neglect and needs a new owner to breathe some life into her. A new Yanmar 1GM10 diesel engine was fitted many years ago and rarely used.Originally designed as an IOR 1/2 tonner. Being sold as is and offers will be considered for this Newbridge Spinner 28.
1. Accommodation
Forward sail locker and storage, opening hatch. Sea toilet located under the platform. Sink to port, hanging lockers to port and starboard. Through to the saloon with bench settees to port and starboard, both with trotter boxes to be used as single berths
Galley to port with Plastimo 2 ring gas stove with grill, storage, sink with cold water supply. Chart table to starboard, port and starboard quarter berths. Engine access under companionway.

This boat has been on the hard standing for the last twelve years and has suffered from being left unattended during this time. It is being sold as is, no equipment has been tested to check if in working order. The engine, a Yanmar 1GM10, was installed professionally some years ago by the Yanmar agent at that time and has had very little use.
Keel bolts checked in 2017 and found to be in good condition.
