The 2010 Nautica 18.6 Wide Body is powered by a Yanmar 6BY260 inline 6-cylinder turbo diesel delivering 256 horsepower. Recently serviced with fresh oil, filters, and a new impeller, the engine pairs with a Hamilton Jet Drive for exceptional shallow-water access and unmatched maneuverability.
The two-speed transmission with clutch allows you to reverse flow, making quick work of clearing seaweed or debris. Dual fuel tanks ensure longer runs without interruption.
At the helm, an electric pop-up electronics console rises at the push of a button, housing navigation and sonar fish finder systems. Overhead, a heavy-duty aluminum T-top provides shade and function, complete with integrated rod holders for fishing gear.
The wide-body design offers ample deck space while maintaining stability for passengers and crew.
For fishing, the open deck and jet drive design allow access to spots unreachable by prop-driven boats. The Hypalon tubes with nine chambers are in good condition, with the rear chambers needing only a simple fix behind the bumpers.
A low-profile swim and dive platform with grab handles makes water entry and reboarding easy. With seating for up to sixteen passengers, this Nautica is as comfortable for family outings as it is practical for fishing or diving adventures. Overall Condition is Fair. The seller reports it runs great. However the starboard-side rear chamber on the exterior tube is leaking. The owner has been operating the boat for several years with this leak with no navigation issues.
