After living aboard for 5 years, we have now decided, it’s time for a change and solid ground under our feet. Therefore we have taken the tough decision to sell our floating home. The boat has only been privately owned - no chartering. It has only had 3 owners. We have lived on the boat for a little more than two years.
We’re a couple in the 50’s with no children and have kept the boat very well maintained.
The boat is a Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 45 Deck Saloon (DS) 2009, which is very popular because of the huge outside cockpit, where you can easily have 8 people dining, but also for the inside layout with lot’s of windows and light and the spacious saloon and galley. This is the 3 cabin version with one master bedroom + large toilet in the front and two equally sized cabins in the back. There is another toilet next to the plotter table across the galley.
The boat is, because we live on, of course fully equipped with everything you need on a boat like lot’s of ropes, tools, spare parts, kitchen equipment, fenders, navigation equipment etc. in addition to the items listed.
