Hanse 400 – well maintained and continuously upgraded
This Hanse 400 is both well cared for and very well equipped. The yacht has been owned by experienced owners who have continuously invested in relevant upgrades and improvements, making it ready to sail and highly attractive for new owners.
The cockpit is spacious and fitted with a sprayhood and cockpit tent, providing excellent comfort for both crew and helmsman. All halyards and sheets are led back to the cockpit, ensuring easy handling. Full teak decks give the yacht a timeless and elegant appearance, while the self-tacking jib makes sailing both efficient and convenient. Navigation has been upgraded with a newer Garmin plotter and GARMIN AIS (Class B). SIMRAD autopilot, SIMRAD Wind, SIMRAD Log/depth, VHF with DSC.
Below deck, the yacht offers a highly functional layout with a large owner’s cabin forward and two aft cabins. The salon is bright and inviting, featuring a U-shaped sofa and two comfortable armchairs to port. Well equipped L-shaped galley with gas stove, oven, fridge, top-loaded cooler box, and ample cupboard and storage space – making longer voyages practical and comfortable.
The sail inventory includes Doyle sails from 2020: a laminate mainsail and a jib. Genakker (2010). The hull has been treated with seven layers of epoxy primer followed by Jotun antifouling, ensuring durability and easy maintenance.
