“Tierelier” is a 27’ Bermudian rigged sloop built in 1985 by LM Glasfiber A/S of Denmark. Configured as a motor sailer, the LM27 is widely recognised for its excellent performance under sail – indeed being more of a sailing yacht than a motor cruiser.
She has been well maintained by her owners. The rigging was recently serviced (2022) as well as being upgraded with a Pro Charge Ultra Mains Battery Charger (2022), Whale Orca Auto Bilge Pump (2022) and a new Plastimo Furling gear for the genoa (2021).
Lines are trained aft, and there are two helming positions: one in the cockpit via a traditional tiller, and one inside a comfortable wheelhouse for when the weather turns. (There's also a canvas cockpit cover, which gives the boat an extra 'room' in port or in cooler weather.) The long keel and double ended design result in a very stable and seaworthy small vessel.

Saloon and V-berth upholstery are a nice neutral colour and in good shape throughout. The V-berth has an insert and keystone cushion to convert from two singles to one double berth. In the saloon, both the port and starboard settee berths convert to doubles. Excellent stowage above and below all berths, and under the helm in the wheelhouse as well. Fixed double gate-leg table in the saloon. Opening hatches to deck in both the v-berth and saloon. An accordion privacy door with a magnetic closure separates the v-berth from the saloon and is very space-efficient. There is a separate heads compartment to port with a Jabsco marine toilet and a washbasin. A hanging locker opposite the heads includes a shelf and space for shoes/boots. There are steps up from saloon into the wheelhouse with helm to starboard and galley opposite. The wheelhouse is enclosed (and has a folding door) for the best weather experience. A hatch over the wheelhouse helm gives excellent ventilation, and allows the helmsperson to stand, for good visibility, especially while docking.
