Privately owned and never chartered Knotty Nature is offered by her 3rd owner fully kitted out for extended liveaboard cruising. The current owners have continuously upgraded her with features and equipment designed to make her easy to short hand and comfortable in any weather. Reefing is possible from the helm and by one person. Her helm boasts a fully enclosed steering area with ample sun protection for the skipper. Her electrical system includes a new Victron LYNX system with over 1600 watts of solar. Coupled with over $15k of Victron Lithium batteries she is capable of extended periods off grid at anchor without having to run the engines for charging. Knotty has sailed through the Mediterranean, including all of Greece, West Coast of Italy, Sardinia, Mallorca, Southern Spain to Gibraltar. Fountaine Pajot make a good strong hull that gives a lot of comfort when sailing, the attention to living and storage was well thought out on these vessels, and the ability to just sit back and enjoy the day is very easy. The layout of the Lipari 41 is so easy to move around in, and take care of in a daily life routine. At anchor with abundant hatches and ample solar power the owners have found freedom and peace without the noise and expense of having a generator.

Remarks
