I bought BONAVENTURE due to its known performance pedigree and especially for this examples strengthened keel plan and as a previous owner of a Dufour 385 Grand Large. The product has always proved reliable and well-built and looked after me well with much reassurance during heavy weather single-handed usage. She is extremely well mannered and a pleasure to sail with pace and especially in light conditions when she continues to make way when others are dead in the water.
There has been nothing else that I would have preferred and considered her my forever boat and has been invested within accordingly. However, an unfortunate skiing accident from 2024 has most regrettably necessitated a move to motor.
