BROKERS REMARKS: Sea's The Daze is a great active charter Oceanis 45 which having arrived in the BVI in Dec 2018, completely missed any major storms, and is the first of this type to come on the market in the BVI.  Like the other very recently listed Ben45 2018, we expect this yacht to go under offer quickly.  The yacht has an electric halyard winch, bow thruster and air conditioning.  Currently out on charter with a professional captain, and should be sold by the time it comes back next week.  

AVAILABILITY: This yacht finishes the phase out in March in St Lucia and will be ready to sail away.
