For this task Aquanaut’s design and construction teams were faced with the production of a completely new yacht – the Drifter CS.
The abbreviation ‘CS’ is not just a meaningless addition to the name; the ‘C’ stands for ‘Classic’ and the ‘S’ for ‘Special’ because a new and very special yacht had to be produced based on the ‘good old’ classic Drifter that still stands for absolute solidity and reliability. It had to be a combination of all the tried and tested ideas with the application of the latest technical advances and the incorporation of the best materials of the day. Additionally, and under the motto ‘more yacht for the same money’, a very attractive price/quality ratio had to be achieved for the customer. Our designers and technicians met all the tasks with flying colours.
The first yachts out of the CS Line are already sailing across the European Waterways – comfortable, safe and reliable.
