We are delighted to present this Sealine SC42 to the market, offered in great condition and ready for the new season. No expense has been spared by the current owners in upgrading and maintaining this example of this ever popular sports cruiser, as seen from the extensive inventory below.
"Scaramanga" has 7 berths located in the master cabin, saloon and guest cabin and provides a spacious and sociable cockpit layout.
Annual maintenance is in the process of being completed in February/March 2024 including Both Engines Serviced, Full Polish and Antifouling so she will be ready for the new season for her new owner to take her away.
Both outdrives were serviced in March 2023 and in April/May 2023 the teak decks were replaced with new Permateak decking.

"Scaramanga" has 7 berths located in the master cabin, saloon and guest cabin. The boat has Ebserspcaher diesel heating with outlets throughout the cabins.
Master Cabin
A shaped double berth with under bed storage, and access to the bow thruster. There are several overhead storage cupboards and two wardrobes that have integrated lights. There are built in bedside storage areas that both have 240v sockets within. There is a 26inch smart TV fixed in this cabin.(fitted new 2020)
There is jack & Jill access to the master/day heads with an electrical fill and flush toilet, sink and overhead cupboard with a mirror on the outside of the door. This cupboard has a razor socket.
The master cabin also has jack& Jill access to the master shower room that has a fitted wooden bench within.
Saloon/Galley
This is accessed by a sliding door containing the chart table from the cockpit and is situated on the starboard side. The u shaped cream leather seating converts into a double berth using the cushions from the seats there are no additional cushions required. There are storage areas under the seats and behind the seat backs. There are four overhead storage areas above the seats and a door covering the main electric switch panel with fresh water tank gauge there too. There is a DVD player, radio CD player and iPhone docking pod also in this area.
There is a TV fitted in the galley area opposite so that it can be viewed from the saloon seating.
Opposite the saloon area is the galley with a centrally placed a 240v three ring touch control halogen hob. There is an Indesit combi oven that is a microwave, grill and oven fitted in 2020 built in under the hob area.
The integrated fridge freezer is the larger size fitted to these boats and has a good sized fridge with freezer below. The fridge freezer operates on 12 or 240v.
There are several 240v sockets for appliances and a one and a half stainless steel sink that has a mixer tap and a cover to enlarge the work surface area.
There is a drinks cupboard with some glasses storage and several other storage cupboards.
The waste and recycling bins are integrated beneath the steps leading from the cockpit.
Aft Cabin
The aft cabin has three single beds that can be made up and locked into position as three singles, a large double and one single or one large bed. There are two storage alcoves one of which has 240 v sockets. There is also a wardrobe with integral light to the starboard side the has an open storage area below it with 240v sockets. There is wiring behind the panelling for a TV but one has NOT been fitted.
The aft cabin has an en suite heads that comprises of a sink with mirrored cabinet above. This is separated from the electrical fill and flush toilet area using a glass door so the area can be used as a shower cubicle and the shower head is on the bulkhead.
Both cabins, saloon and galley are serviced by a air blown diesel heater separate to the one fitted for the cockpit.
Cockpit
The rear seating area is U shaped with a central extending pedestal table. The seating can be altered (electronically) to encompass the full internal width of the cockpit. The table can be extended in size and is raised and lowered electrically. The backs of the seats overlooking the swim platform can be lowered electrically to provide an area for sunbathing. This area can be enlarged by lowering the table once oped out and use the infill cushions provided to make one large sun pad. Over half of the seating has storage below.This area has canopy sides. There are two separate foot stools and comfort wedges for the seats.
There is access to both of the side decks from this area also covered by canopy doors and the side decks lead forward to the bow that has sun-pad cushions and a removable protective cover suitably secured for use at sea. On the bow there is also access to the Anchor locker where there is 50m of chain connected to a Delta anchor and by strap to the boat. The winch is operated by foot pedals on the deck or a switch at the helm.
On the port side of the cockpit there is a cabinet with a lift lid that contains a 32inch smart TV, 240v sockets and a 12v USB charging point. The base of the cabinet contains two hand bilge pumps, the 12v isolator switch (key), a 12v mirenco socket and a 240v waterproof socket.
On the starboard side of the cockpit is an further cabinet with a lift up lid and this area contains an electric BBQ and twin sinks with hot and cold water mixer taps. The cabinets below house a fridge (12 & 240v operation) with freezer section and the opposite side is a storage area.
There is a double helm seat to the starboard side both of which have adjustable bolster cushions to allow a slightly raised position.There is a large storage area under the helm seat where a CO2 fire extinguisher is placed. There is a double observer seat to the port side slightly raised for better vision.
In front of the observer seats there are two glove boxes one containing a dry powder fire extinguisher.
The vertically partitioned windscreen have large wipers with washers attached
The cockpit area is serviced by a an Eberspacher diesel powered air blown heater system that also provides air to the windscreen de misting vents on the dashboard.
The cockpit floor provides access to the engine bay that houses both engines, both diesel tanks, the generator, inventor and calorifier (new heater element 2020) that also uses the heat from the starboard engine.
Construction
The boat has a GRP hull and in April/May 2023 the teak deck was replaced with new Permateak decking, she was last antifouled and polished in February/March 2024.
