Hull- Hull: Hand-laid GRP laminate with isophthalic resins. Solid laminate below the waterline for strength; sandwich-cored above for stiffness and insulation. The hull is insulated internally for thermal and acoustic comfort.
- Ballast: Internal lead ballast, fully encapsulated in the keel stub to eliminate keel bolt maintenance and ensure watertight integrity.
- Deck: GRP sandwich construction with balsa or foam core for rigidity and thermal insulation. Deck and hull are bonded and through-bolted on an inward flange.
- Teak: Teak decking, coachroof top, and cockpit sole.
- Rudder: Spade rudder on stainless steel stock.
- Structural Integrity: Bulkheads and furniture bases fully bonded to the hull for torsional strength; stringers and floors laminated into the hull shell.
