Kim Alexis is an excellent family boat with very spacious accommodation for a 23ft yacht. She has been much loved by her current owner and is ready to sail to test out her new rigging which installed in 2021. This Leisure 23 fin keel with Nanni 9HP inboard diesel engine has great headroom and a good sailing performance. This well equipped and popular yacht is a brilliant starter boat with not only great performance but also good comfort at a realistic price. Viewing is highly recommended. Cabin: Main forward V- shaped cabin with 2 berths. Saloon on starboard side table which arranges into another 2 berths. Stern single berth.
