À propos de Broom Continental 37

English

The Broom Continental 37 is a classic design from the highly regarded Broom yard, combining impressive seakeeping and economical performance with very spacious accommodation, ideal for live-aboard cruising. 'Countessa' has been sympathetically modernised with new upholstery, linings, and finishings in many areas to create a homely and comfortable coastal cottage feel. This, combined with an upgraded Garmin nav pack inc autopilot, radar, and AIS, an electric windlass, and very good general presentation and condition, must make her one of the best of her kind. Only for sale due to her owner's wanting the flexibility of higher cruising speeds, we recommend early viewing as she is unlikely to be available for long!
