BUILDERS REMARKS: The Leopard 40, crafted by South African builders Robertson & Caine, showcases a modern design by naval architects Simonis and Voogd along with the Robertson & Caine design team. This model maintains the speed, agility, and blue-water performance of its predecessors while featuring an increased hull volume and a unique interior layout. The galley is positioned forward, complemented by a forward-facing settee, large windows, and an access door to the forward platform. This design allows for panoramic views and promotes seamless communication between the saloon and the aft cockpit, enhancing the indoor and outdoor living experience.
BROKERS REMARKS: MORNING STAR is a rare opportunity to own one of the youngest models in the 40 series, notably one of the last examples without hurricane history due to her location and age. This vessel offers a desirable 3-cabin, 2-head configuration, ideal for couples or families preferring an owner's layout over the "charter boat" 4 cabin version. Featuring a refined light Ash interior, she is equipped with air conditioning, a reliable generator, Yanmar engines, electric davits, and a convenient walk-through forward door. The owner installed new sails in July. The port engine panel has been replaced, with a new starboard panel on order. Located at our premier Belize facility, known for meticulous refits and seamless handovers, MORNING STAR has just completed a FULL refit and is 100% ready for her next discerning owner.
