Construction

RCD Status: The yacht conforms with the essential safety requirements of Directive 94/25EC or RCDII (2013/53/EU as appropriate (Recreational Craft Directive) and is categorised A – “Ocean”.

Hull, Deck & Superstructure Construction:

• White GRP hull with teak laid decks and teak laid cockpit seating.
• Teak decks sanded, caulk joints removed and deepened and re-caulked (2018).

Keel & Rudder:

• Wing keel.
• Spade rudder with large hide covered steering wheel.
• Rudder connection rod rose joints replaced (2018).
• Keel bolts checked and re-torqued - no issues found (2019).

Machinery

Engine & Gearboxes:

• 1 x Volvo D2-55 55hp diesel engine with sail drive.
• Excellent access to engine compartment with companionway steps rising on 2 x gas struts.
• Engine raw water pump replaced, spare reconditioned one on yacht (2018).
• Gears and clutch removed and reviewed - spare clutch on yacht for future (2017).

Maintenance & Performance:

• Engine hours – approx. 1951.4 as of December 2023.
• Engine last serviced: February 2022 – To service Jan 2024.
• Cruising speed – approx. 6 knots @ 2,000 rpm.
• Maximum speed – approx. 7.5 knots @ 2,400 rpm.
• Fuel consumption at cruising speed – approx. 3 litres per hour.
• Range @ cruising speed – approx. 100 Nm.

Propulsion & Steering:

• Saildrive to 3-bladed Flexofold propeller (2018) offering enhanced performance over the standard Volvo prop.
• Bowthruster motor dismantled and serviced cleaned and reconnected (2017).
• Bowthruster propellers replaced with updated 5-bladed rotors to make operation quieter (2019).
• Bluetooth autopilot remote added (2020).

Electrical Systems

Voltage Systems:

• 12vDC domestic system with 220V ring main from shorepower.

Battery Banks:

• 2/4 x 12V gel batteries delivering Circa 300 amp hours at 24v.
• 1 x 12V engine start battery.
• Mastervolt battery monitor at chart table.

Battery Chargers:

• Mastervolt 24v/50Ah charger.

Alternators:

• 24v/95Ah engine alternator.
• 12V engine alternator for start battery.

Shore Power:

• 220V Shore power system with cable.
• Sockets throughout including USB in the saloon.

Plumbing Systems

Fresh Water & Water Heating System:

• Pressurised hot and cold fresh water system.

• Water heated by 40 litre 220V immersion and engine calorifier.

Bilge Pumps:

Fuel:

• Total capacity of 280 litres (62 gallons) in 1 x stainless steel fuel tank.

Fresh Water:

• Total capacity of 425 litres in 2 stainless steel fresh-water tanks.

Blackwater Holding Tanks:

• Holding tanks forward and aft for both heads.

Chart Table:

Domestic Equipment

Galley:

• Top opening Isotherm 24V water cooled refrigerator/freezer.
• ENO “Grand Large” 2-burner stove with oven and grill. Fitted with gimble and pot holders. New 2019; gas safe certificate obtained in 2019.
• Extra refrigerator to starboard in galley – fridges re-gassed and checked for operation (2020).

Heads/Showers:

• 2 x WCs, forward and aft (electric); new piping in forward heads compartment. New Jabsco pump unit (2018).
• 2 x Showers, forward and aft.
• Deck shower with hot and cold feed, replaced in 2018.

Heating & Ventilation:

• Eberspacher diesel hot air heating last serviced 2020.

Entertainment:

• Television with inbuilt DVD player with 24v/220V operation and aerial amplifier installed (2018).
• New DAB radio/DVD/CD player with bluetooth installed and connected to the B&G system. Can be operated through the chart plotter as well as having a remote (2019).
• Cockpit outdoor speakers replaced (2019).

Lighting:

• Anchor lights, all LED.

• 24V deck head and reading lights throughout – all LED.

Accommodation

Summary of Accommodation:

• Teak and varnished floorboards.
• 6 berths in three cabins excluding saloon.
• Owner’s cabin and port aft cabin bespoke pocket sprung mattress (2017).
• Corian Everest in galley and heads compartments.
• All interior metal is chrome.
• Lee clothes in aft cabins.
• New upholstery to saloon and starboard side cabin together with ancillary cushions in the owner's cabin (2019).

Forward Heads Compartment:

• Moulded bottom section drained by electric pump and moulded upper section.
• Separate shower stall with curtain.
• New teak forward shower room grating custom made and installed (2018).
• Stainless steel washbasin.
• Toilet with waste tank.
• Lockers above toilet and washbasin.

Forward Cabin:

• Queen size double berth to port side with cabinets along hull side and small night shelf with pocket sprung mattress (2018).
• Large drawer under berth.
• Seating on starboard side between hanging lockers forward and aft.

Saloon:

• Dinette arrangement with table on port side, custom fitted in 2019 with folding leaves to allow greater access to seating when not dining. Original table stored and included within sale.
• Bottle storage under table.
• Starboard side has cupboards above and below, with half size chart drawer, drawers and navigation station.

Galley:

• U-shaped galley.
• Corian counter top.

Aft Heads Compartment:

• Moulded compartment fitted between bulkheads.
• Two lockers with mirrored doors above washbasin unit.

• Mainsail – new in 2023, Dacron with Kevlar reinforcement with Sweden 42 logo, Sanders Sails.
• Sanders Sails Self-tacking jib, Dacron with Kevlar reinforcement, new in 2018.
• Sanders Sails Kevlar Code Zero with Karver Furler and Bowsprit – new in 2019.
• Gennaker with snuffer.
• Storm sail.

General:
