“Caduceus" is a prime example of the Nauticat 351, a Finnish built pilothouse cruising yacht well known for its high build quality, its excellent seakeeping abilities and impressive performance when covering long distances.

This one owner from new yacht has been very lightly used, and it presents very well.

Recently lifted ashore in August 2025 for cleaning, hull polishing and fresh antifouling.

Accommodation

4 to 6 berths in two double cabins plus saloon berths

Raised pilot house seating with panoramic outside views

Diesel warm air heating system with outlets throughout the boat

Teak & holly flooring with a full set of fitted carpets for all areas of the accommodation

Forward Cabin:

Vee berth with infill to create a double berth, open shelf above along hull side with upholstered cushioned edge. Hanging locker with internal light

Galley:

Linier galley to starboard with a large amount of worktop and storage space in lockers and drawers.

Twin bowl stainless steel sink unit with cover and monobloc tap unit. Two burner Eno gas cooker with oven and cooker worktop cover. Deep top opening 12v fridge unit.

Heads compartment:

Roomy heads compartment to port with a separate shower area. Jabsco manual sea toilet with holding tank system. Moulded basin with Corian type surface surround and monobloc tap unit, separate shower faucet.

Hanging locker.

Separate shower area with seat and shower attachment.

Two steps up to:

Pilothouse/Saloon:

Spacious U shaped raised seating area to port giving a remarkable all round outside view. Pedestal saloon table with chart draw and removable table extension. Avtex W153D LCD TV/DVD player

Internal helm position/Nav area:

Internal helm position to starboard with a movable helm seat, helm seat is height adjustable and can be used at the saloon table for group meals.

Navigation instruments are grouped around the helm position which has a small chart work surface and internal chart storage, adjacent main electrical distribution panel. Cupboards and drawers.

Dedicated wet hanging locker with heater outlet aft to starboard next to the companionway steps.

Two steps down to aft owner’s cabin.

Aft cabin:

Large island double berth on the centerline, Fittings for a centerline lee cloth.
