Accommodation

The accommodation offers 6 berths in three separate cabins with excellent headroom. Up forward there is a V berth with an infill to create a double, eye level storage lockers, lined stowage beneath berths, two hanging lockers and a dressing area. Deck opening hatch. Access to the heads compartment. The separate heads compartment is located to port with a Jabsco marine toilet, wash basin with hot and cold water supply, separate shower area with seat, good stowage and can be accessed via either the walkway or fore cabin. Opposite the heads is the linear galley to starboard, equipped with a Plastimo Neptune 2-burner gas cooker with oven and grill, stainless-steel sink with hot and cold water supply. Manual cold water tap. Front opening refrigerator. There is a folding work top over the cooker to maximise preparation space and a range of lockers and drawers provide plenty of storage for long term cruising. Stepping up into the wheelhouse, there is a large raised U-shaped settee area to port, which provides comfortable seating around a large folding leaf table which drops to convert into a double berth when required, stowage space is provided beneath and behind the seating. A swivelling helmsman seat to starboard gives excellent visibility and is fitted with steering, engine controls and instrumentation. A chart area is provided outboard of the helm complete with chart light, drawer and stowage. The aft cabin is accessed directly from the saloon, an entrance area offers good locker space and a small basin with hot and cold water supply. A large fore and aft double berth has good sitting room and further lockers. The comfortable interior has a light and spacious feel thanks to the large deck saloon windows, whilst the modern teak finished interior, teak and holly floors. 295 litre water capacity. The Eberspacher diesel fired heater. Blue draylon upholstery and striped curtains. Rinnai gas fired hot water heater.

Mechanical Systems

Located under companionway is Beta Marine diesel engine fitted new in 2024. 30hp, 3 cylinders, naturally aspirated. Fresh water cooled via a heat exchanger. Shaft drive to a feathering 3 bladed propeller. Electric start. Single lever controls to the cockpit and wheelhouse. Approximately 180 litre fuel tank capacity. Approximately 150 hours on the engine. Just completed its first service. Side-Power Bow Thruster.
