BROKERS REMARKS: PELICAN PAT finished its final charter, and is a lovely Oceanis 45 which being a 2019, completely missed any major storms, and is the newest of this type to come on the market.  This yacht is now relocated to St Lucia, where its about to start its refit.  The yacht has an electric halyard winch, bow thruster and air conditioning.  We expect it to sell quickly. 

AVAILABILITY: This yacht finishes the phase out in April/May in St Lucia and will be ready to sail away.
