OVERVIEW.
Duchess truly is a home from home! Viewing is essential to fully appreciate the many amazing features and comfort on this hand built, premium quality, motor yacht. She is beautifully fitted throughout with all the creature comforts to make life aboard comfortable including full double glazing, full air conditioning, radiator central heating system and so much storage one would be hard pushed not to find a space for whatever you choose to bring on board. This incredibly spacious motor yacht not only has a quite superb Saloon and a good sized galley but also has 3 very comfortable cabins sleeping a total of 6.
LAYOUT OF ACCOMMODATION.
The interior of Duchess is entered via triple bifold doors from the fully enclosed aft deck with its large dining table and seating making this the perfect space to enjoy open air passage making. On entering the Wheelhouse one immediately sees this yacht is something special. To Starboard is a wrap around very well laid out helm with everything to hand. There is the advantage of comfortable seating around a large table for others to join the Captain and enjoy the voyage through the large double glazed windows. Should refreshment be needed, a Nu Line Fridge and ice maker is neatly installed under the small sink in the starboard side work surface. Electric blinds to all wheelhouse windows ensure privacy and the large sunroof ensures fresh air and sunshine when underway.
Moving to the lower deck is an enormous saloon with a large leather sofa to starboard and spacious dining table to port with wrap around leather seating. There are plenty of storage cupboards as well as a flat screen Television and Fusion sound system (interlinked) with natural daylight entering from the side windows. Although on a lower level, the Saloon is open to the wheelhouse ensuring that everyone on board can be involved in the voyage and events of the day.
The well equipped spacious Galley is forward to Starboard and has ample granite worktops, a filtered fresh water tap (to negate the need to carry and store bottles of water) as well as a full array of kitchen equipment as detailed further on in this specification. It is situated to ensure that when in use, the Chef is still able to partake fully in all that is going on around them.
Forward of the Saloon is a day head with electric flush WC.
The spacious VIP guest cabin is in the Bow and has a centre line double berth, naturally there is very good hanging and storage space. The cabin also has a TV and sound system as well as its own Ensuite Shower room with wash hand basin. Within this cabin is a cupboard with a Washer/Dryer hidden neatly away.
The light and airy master Aft Cabin because of its full beam width seems huge. It is fitted with a centre line king size double bed and of course also has a very well sized en-suite shower room and WC . As befits an owners cabin, it has good storage lockers, hanging wardrobes and a dressing table to Starboard.
Moving forward again there is a Twin bunk cabin on the Port side, again with good hanging and storage space.

EXTERNAL.
Duchess benefits from having wide side decks which are all teak laid. There are substantial hand holds capped in varnished teak which have a protective all over cover when not in use. The decks are very easy and safe to move around and due to the high coamings, are especially so for younger members of the family.
Duchess is easily boarded from either the side deck access or the aft deck transom door up a wide tread stairway directly onto the afterdeck.
There are many usefully placed hand holds over the exterior of the yacht and of course, substantial cleats and fairleads befitting of the size of the yacht.
Bathing platform: secure door to lazarette, stainless steel strips around hull, swimming ladder in cassette, deck shower, tender supports w/ straps and anchor points, spare anchor and chain, outboard engine bracket.
Mooring: Lines, fenders, shore power cables, boathooks, boarding ladder, spare 36 KG anchor and chain etc.
Cushions: cockpit, bow seat and forward deck sunbathing cushions which secure easily to the deck.
Curtains, blinds, porthole insect and spray screens, electrically operated blinds in wheelhouse.
