Mechanical

Vessel is powered by 2 X MAN D2480LE401 diesel engines. The engine room is a thing of beauty and is an engineers dream. There is full standing headroom and easy access to all aspects of the machinery. Both engines have been well maintained and have relatively low hours for their 20 years of service. The port engine has completed 1782 hours and the starboard unit 1813.
The appeal of the MAN engines is that they are recognised work horses which will provide many years of good service. Our RNLI have favoured them for years for this very reason.

The engine room is accessed from the rear of the saloon and is adjacent to the Crew/Captains cabin. The area is fully sound proofed resulting in a very quiet ride for the guests. Fuel tanks are situated port and starboard and hold 1600 litres each side. There is both tank and sight gauges for fuel levels.  There is a Racor fuel filtration system for each engine. The engines can be started at each helm or from the engine room. To the aft of the engine room is the watermaker.

Both the lower and upper helms feature full instrumentation. The engine room is fitted with a camera which can be displayed on the chart plotters. Situated on the radar arch at the rear of the flybridge is a docking station to assist when berthing.

The current owner of the vessel has turned one of the crew cabins into a workshop. From this cabin you can access the generator and the hydraulics for the passerelle. Work carried out since current owners purchase are:

Opposite on the port side is a series of curved wooden cabinets. These feature plentiful storage, bar and satellite TV. Large panoramic windows let in plentiful natural light. These are fitted with privacy blinds.

Moving forward and on a slightly raised level from the saloon is the lower helm position. Aft of the helm position is the well equipped galley. Here you will find plentiful work surfaces, storage cupboards and kitchen appliances. These include a full height fridge freezer, Bosch electric 4-burner hob, electric microwave oven/grill and a dishwasher.

Opposite the galley is the large dinette with a solid wooden table and well upholstered comfortable seating. Opposite is the lower helm with leather hand stitched helm seat with matching dashboard trim. Construction

GRP constructed motor yacht with deep V bow and generous beam. Her under water profile is such that she displaces water easily and provides a dry comfortable ride. Her white topsides have been given a smart navy blue vinyl wrap in 2020. This breaks up the white and gives her a very distinctive and classic look.

Teak and GRP bathing platform with inbuilt stainless steel ladder. Set of hydraulically operated moulded steps are incorporated into the transom. The cockpit area is teak laid and features electric mooring winches port and starboard. These are mounted within closing lockers and have built in mooring line wash facilities when picking up slime lines. Storage lockers built into transom and flush mounted switch panel for operating the Benzoni hydraulic Passerelle. Built in seating are to port with upholstered exterior seating. Exterior wooden dining table with stainless steel support. The table fully extends providing ample room for up to 10 persons. Occasional director style chairs. Cockpit coamings topped with solid teak and stainless steel rails.

Access to the flybridge is via a angled stainless steel staircase to flybridge with oval teak treads and a thick Perspex hatch with hydraulic ram. Upholstered seating area to port with exterior galley unit opposite. This incorporates a sink with hot and cold pressurised water and an electric BBQ style hot plate. Helm position with double helm seat and clear Perspex wind and spray deflecting screen. To rear is a moulded arch with docking controls, radome, horn and satellite TV dome.

Getting forward is safe and easy thanks to the teak laid side decks. The teak topped capping rails are fitted with large diameter stainless steel guardrails which are situated at waist height. The foredeck has a huge sun deck with removable cushions. Stainless steel bow fitting with anchor securing point. This allows the anchor to be permanently mounted and ready to deploy. Lofrans anchor windlass with separate chain and  anchor/mooring braid gypsys. All windows in the superstructure are made from toughened glass and are slightly mirrored for privacy. The frames are made from stainless steel.
