History of ISA

International Shipyards Ancona (ISA) was founded in 2001 in Ancona, Italy. Emerging in the early 2000s, ISA quickly distinguished itself in the luxury yacht manufacturing sector. The shipyard became known for its innovative designs and high-quality construction, specialising in creating unique custom and semi-custom yachts ranging from 30 to 80 metres in length.Over the years, ISA Yachts gained a reputation for their distinctive designs marked by sleek lines and state-of-the-art technology. Their craftsmanship combined traditional Italian flair with modern engineering, attracting a global clientele. The shipyard has completed numerous notable projects, building yachts that are celebrated for their aesthetic appeal and superior performance on water.In 2016, ISA became part of the Palumbo Superyachts network, which includes other prestigious brands such as Columbus Yachts and Palumbo SY Refit. This acquisition enabled ISA to expand its capabilities and maintain its status at the forefront of yacht manufacturing. Today, the company continues to operate from its original location in Ancona, leveraging decades of expertise and robust industry partnerships to create some of the world’s most admired luxury yachts.
