Accommodation

There are seven berths across two cabins and the saloon. Aft is the owners cabin with a double berth, taking up the full beam of the boat, with good standing headroom near the hanging lockers and opening hatches for ample ventilation. Forward is a V berth, large enough to sleep two adults, with good stowage and ventilation. The saloon is spacious enough for seven adults to dine in comfort. To port is a large U-shaped seat and starboard has bench seating, all arranged around the folding dining table. The U-shaped seat converts into a double berth and the bench seating could be used as a single. She has a wet heads with good standing headroom, a Jabsco manual sea toilet, vanity/basin and a shower. All with hot and cold pressurised water. The galley is aft next to the companionway with plenty of fluted edges for comfortable and safe usage even underway. Equipped with a two-burner gas stove with oven and grill, fridge, stainless steel sink with mixer tap and plenty of worktop space. Aft-facing chart table opposite the galley with switch panel, VHF radio and Cello 24" flat screen TV. The accommodation is heated throughout by Eberspacher heating. Approximately 300 litres of fresh water, 110 litre holding tank.

Mechanical Systems

Below the companionway in an insulated engine compartment is a Yanmar 3GM30F, three cylinder, 27hp diesel engine that drives a three blade fix propeller via shaft. Approximately 2250 engine hours. Consumption around 3 litres an hour at 2800 RPM. Controlled via single lever and wheel steering at the helm in the cockpit. Approx 30 gallon diesel tank. Serviced yearly by the owner. This years mechanical servicing include an new lift pump, starting battery, fuel send, fuel tank clean and fuel polish, oil and filter and an engine mount.
