Manufacturer Provided Description

The hull and deck of the HR 36 are built under constant supervision of the Lloyd's Register of Shipping, and a Lloyd's Certificate is supplied with each boat. Hull and deck are from GRP by the hand-lay-up method, insulated above water. Decks and coachroof areas are of sandwich type construction. The large cockpit is well-protected by a windscreen made of tempered glass and a sprayhood. The middle section of the windscreen opens. The interior is finished in mahogany with a matte silk varnish. Berth and seats are covered in a material, supplied by Hallberg-Rassy, to withstand wear and tear and possible staining and dampness. Due to the well-planned layout, there is always unobstructed passage from forward to aft cabin. Aft cabin and also the toilet compartment are secluded even if doors remain open. Being closely located together, the navigation area, engine room and instrument panels form a natural unit. Ample stowage in all areas of boat.
