1987 William Ferro custom schooner, all of the sails are in a good condition and there are newer storm sails
Check out this 1987 William Ferro custom schooner. Amazing construction. Powered by a 40 HP Westerbeke diesel engine. With two 50 gallon tanks, you'll have good range while cruising. The three-cabin layout makes for a great liveaboard. The captain's quarters are roomy, with plenty of storage and a nice refinished closet. The mid cabin is a single bunk and the front cabin is a single berth as well.
The galley has a fairly new three-burner Evo oven propane also updated is the refrigeration freezer system with the 12 V one-year-old water heater. Plenty of water as you have a set of three 200-gallon tanks equaling 600 gallons of freshwater
All the sails are well-maintained and newer storm sails have never been used. A full keel for a stable ride.
Nice features include extras mast stairs, a 9000 W generator, an auto helm for navigation, a Dickerson Diesel heater, LED lights going up both sides of the mast which can be switched colors from red to green for navigating through the waters, or while anchored you can change it to white.

We're told by the owner this 1987 William Ferro custom schooner is in average condition for a vessel this age. The engine and generator run. Some updates have been done over the years. You'll probably have to use a little elbow grease and a few updates to get her ship shape, but it appears to be a solid vessel.
