Cobra Ribs 750 fitted with Mercury 150hp outboard.

This popular Cobra 750 underwent a refit by Cobra Ribs in 2023 which included the fitting of new synthetic decking and all new seating and upholstery. Fitted with a 150hp Mercury outboard providing great performance for exploring the coastline and enjoying time on the water. To complete the package this rib comes complete with a road trailer which has just undergone an overhaul.

Construction

The works undertaken during the refit includes, but is not limited to:

Remove console, helm seat, back seat moulding. Including disconnecting wiring,fuel hoses, decking & upholstery.

Add lockers either side of the bow seating areas to increase locker size. Elongate anchor locker hatch Fit bow eye by cutting an access hatch and fitting a access hatch for future access.

Fill all old screw holes and finish to a taped flow coat standard Remove all items from Console to allow  the following works to be completed: 
- Sand and flow coat interior of console 
- Fit new access hatch - Hole needs to be reduced slightly to allow correct fitment 
- Fit new dash panels 
- Re-fit all dash items 
- Re-install new fuse panel and re-wire console
- Re-install console, electronics & re-bleed steering 
- Supply and fit new fuel hoses (filler, breather & engine fuel lines)
- Supply and fit automatic bilge system 
- Re-locate batteries to stern and fit twin battery set up and isolation panel.  
- Fit synthetic teak decking 
- Fit transom D-rings & sealant around all other fittings 
- Supply & fit New upholstery set (inc infill cushions)
- Supply and fit new overall cover  
- Fit tube chevrons 
- Fit rope goes and rope to tube  
- Supply and fit new VHF system
