A well presented example of the John Bennett designed fast off shore cruiser with a low air and water draft enabling her to be used equally well for inland cruising. A striking helm/command position with seating for all crew is protected by the full size rear canopy. She has been maintained to the highest standard.

Accommodations

5 berths in 3 cabins

Forward Cabin with V berth arrangement. Dressing tables, wardrobes and stowage lockers give plenty of storage space. Hatch to deck.

Galley to port side is white in colour and practically laid out with amenities including 4 rings for hob, microwave, oven/grill, large refrigerator. Hot and cold water to sink via calorifier. An abundance of locker and storage space is available.

Forward heads compartment spacious with electric toilet and shower, moulded fibreglass unit housing sink and taps, mirror and shaver socket.

Saloon. The large deck saloon is the central feature of the Broom 12 metre it is spacious due to the wide beam of 13'6" and has a luxurious feel with mahogany wood and quality fabrics. Entered by a spiral staircase on the starboard side there is a sideboard with louvered doors enclosing drinks bar, television locker and additional storage space. Opposite to port is a large seating area suitable for 6-8 in a C shape (which can convert to a single berth) with a breakfast bar forward on the port side.

Aft cabin owners suite down spiral staircase from the saloon with oval island double bed, dressing table with opening doors, en-suite heads with vacuum toilet and seperate shower room. Plenty of locker and storage space.

Cockpit with a striking central command position seating for two with excellent all round visibility. The cockpit seats all the crew comfortably in an L shape to port and a drop down seat to starboard all under canvas. Stainless steel folding arch. Full engine controls and instrumentation at the helm. Rear access to walk around the generous side decks to the fore decks. Transom stainless steel ladder to bathing platform.
