This Broom 33 hull is a great mid-sized cruiser, specifically designed with both inland waterway and offshore cruising in mind. Fitted out by Barnes Brinkcraft in Norfolk, her broad beam allows the twin engines to be mounted further apart, providing increased close quarter manoeuvrability. 

The spacious interior offers a forward double 'v' berth with adjacent shower/toilet, galley, indoor helm, saloon, aft cabin with island berth and en suite shower/toilet.

The boat comes with an extensive maintenance history and document trail.

Accommodation

Aft cabin

A double offset walk around bed with a vanity area to the side. Complementing this is a large mirror with storage drawers underneath.  A separate en-suite toilet and shower room make this a totally private and self contained cabin.

The en-suite toilet has an (new) electric toilet fed to a holding tank, sink with hot and cold water, vanity mirror, shaving point and holding tank gauge. The cabin also boasts plenty of hanging and locker space for clothes and other personal items. There are opening windows to both port and starboard and a hatch in the ceiling.

Galley

Moving forward the galley, which is extensively equipped, includes a four burner gas hob, gas oven, grill, twin stainless steel sinks with hot and cold water, (new) refrigerator, generous amount of work surface, lockers and cupboards.

Toilet

These are located on the port side between the galley and the forward cabin and can be used as a day head or as a guest en-suite. There is a toilet to holding tank, vanity sink with hold and cold water, mirror and storage space beneath.

 Forward cabin

The forward cabin is a large "V" berth arrangement with storage beneath. Access to anchor locker, opening port holes, to both sides of the cabin, large hanging locker and a opening hatch above.

Upper helm

This is a fully enclosed area and suitable for all weathers. The helm position located to the starboard side includes full instrumentation, and navigational equipment. The helm seat is for 2 persons, with storage below. There is also a navigator's seat with storage below. The backrests on both these seats cleverly reverse to transform the cockpit into a sociable space whilst also providing two sun loungers.

The Broom 33 also benefits from wide decks, making moving around extremely safe and easy. Access can be gained through a chained gate either side and a stainless steel ladder gives access to the stern of the boat. There are also stainless steel fender baskets located on the stern of the boat and a large ladder leading down to the bathing platform.
