Il s'agit d'une coque avec superstructure avec laquelle un nouveau propriétaire peut s'initier et se l'approprier en l'aménageant selon ses propres idées.
Voormalig binnenvaart vrachtschip dat is heringericht tot een Varend Woonschip. Helaas is het schip door omstandigheden op dit moment niet in een varende staat (kapotte motor). Het interieur is grotendeels verwijderd en het vlak is van binnen goed behandeld. Tevens is het schip in 2023 uit het water geweest en geschilderd. Het betreft dus een casco waarmee een nieuwe eigenaar aan de slag kan en haar naar eigen ideeën kan inrichten.
