CONSTRUCTION

Hull, keel and counter-fin in high-strength solid laminate, roving 71 fiberglass fabric, molded in one piece.
Hand-applied, coated and trimmed.
Deck: Balsa laminate/sandwich, traditionally applied, coated and trimmed. Reinforcement inserts embedded in the laminate.
Rudder attached to counter-fin at 3 points, solid stainless steel wick.
Multi-cell construction: the hull, deck and main wooden structure (bulkheads, floors, etc.) are laminated together in the mold. This assembly process (no screws or bolts) guarantees rigidity, strength and watertightness.
4 watertight partitions with isolation valves guarantee safety.
Anti-osmosis treatment on live parts.

Application, enduction et ébullage faits à la main.
Pont : stratifié/sandwich Balsa, réalisé en application, enduction, ébullage traditionnels. Inserts de renforts noyés dans le stratifié.
Safran fixé en 3 points sur le contre-aileron, mèche en inox massif.
Construction multicellulaire : l'ensemble coque, pont, structure bois principale (cloisons, varangues, etc..) sont stratifiés ensemble, dans le moule. Ce procédé d'assemblage (ni vis, ni boulon) garantit rigidité, solidité et étanchéité.
