Former inland cargo ship that was specially built to transport steel (IJzerhandel 1) and was subsequently converted into a cruising Dutch Barge / Live Aboard boat and recreational vessel. During the conversion, the air draft was kept low so that a very large sailing area could be navigated. The interior is neat, simple and functional. This Dutch Barge has been in the possession of the seller since 1983, who is saying goodbye to sailing / barging after all these years due to his age.
Ehemaliges Binnenfahrt Frachtschiff, das speziell für den Transport von Stahl gebaut wurde (IJzerhandel 1) und anschließend zum Fahrendes Wohnschiff und Freizeitschiff umgebaut wurde. Lors de la conversion, le tirant d'air a été maintenu faible afin de pouvoir naviguer sur une très grande zone de navigation. L'intérieur est soigné, simple et fonctionnel. Cette péniche hollandaise est en possession du vendeur depuis 1983, qui après toutes ces années, en raison de son âge, dit au revoir à la voile/à la barge.
Voormalig binnenvaart vrachtschip dat speciaal is gebouwd om staal mee te vervoeren (IJzerhandel 1) en vervolgens na wat omzwervingen is omgebouwd tot een varend woonschip annex recreatievaartuig. Bij het ombouwen is de doorvaarthoogte laag gehouden om daardoor een zeer groot vaargebied te kunnen bevaren. Het interieur is netjes, eenvoudig en functioneel. Het schip is al sinds 1983 in het bezit van de verkoper die na al die jaren wegens zijn leeftijd afscheid van het varen gaat nemen.
